Quick Player v1.00

Q. What is Quick Player?
A. Quick Player is the answer to slow-assed WINDOWS wave players that need time to open itself, open the wav, read the
wav's data into memory and play it... quick player does not work like that... it plays the wav's instantly and on the fly! Please
note that the best format to play is PCM 22,000 khz 8 bit mono. It has the best speed/quality ratio however, it is possible
to play other formats but I don't reccommend going any higher than 44,000 khz 16 bit stereo... (it gave me a bit of trouble)

*** How To Use ***

Please note that if you use Quick Player alone, it will play The Microsoft Sound in C:\Windows\Media\ as a demo.

Method 1: just drag and drop a wav onto Quick Player to play it.
Method 2: Manualy configuring WINDOWS's double clck method...
                  A) in any folder, click view then [Options (WIN95)] [Folder Options (WIN98)]
                  B) click on the FILE TYPES tab and press the W key until you highlight WAVE SOUND in the list.
                  C) click edit
                  D) click new
                  E) type Quick Player in the top box then click browse.
                  F) navigate the files system and double click on Quick Player
                  G) Click OK , click on "Quick Player" in the list and click SET DEFAULT
                  H) Click OK and OK then you're set!

Enjoy!

-PS, I know that this is a WAAAAAYYY bit too simple of a program for me to create but I made it out of bordom one day and I just want to share my creations with the public. not to mention that I just about had it with WINDOOZE ;-)
